Here's Panterona representing Trinidad and Tobago at the PGEC, the global Cosplay competition of Polymanga Lausanne on April 1st.

Panterona is an award winning cosplayer, fashion/costume designer and convention organizer from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago. She has been cosplaying for the past 20 years and has won a number of cosplay competitions around the world, most notably, the London Film and Comic Con Cosplay Championships in 2015, the Best Modern Creation Category at Blizzconline 2021 and the Grand Prize at the Gamers without Borders International Cosplay Competition in 2021.

Panterona sees cosplay as the perfect avenue for creative self expression and uses her platform to inspire and encourage acceptance and equality within the cosplay and pop culture community.

She likes plantains but believes that bananas are truly evil >.<
